THE NEW COVENANT OF JESUS CHRIST
Beloveds, we must clear up the lie that when the Lord told Joshua he would have good success through obeying the Law, that this was meant for Christians today. The Lord told this to Joshua that in obeying the Old Covenant of the Law God would give him success in conquering certain lands and taking these lands for the nation of Israel: Joshua 1: 5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

Also in keeping the Old Covenant of the Law, (which is all they had from God), he would not face the wrath of God and die as Aaron and Moses did for their disobedience to God in not keeping the Old Covenant of the Law: Num. 27: 12 And the LORD said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel. 13 And when thou hast seen it, thou also shalt be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother was gathered. 14 For ye rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify me at the water before their eyes: that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.

Moses never preached that the Old Covenant of the Law would make anyone permanently righteous in the sight of God. Here is the truth, preached by our Saviour Jesus Christ: Jhn 5:46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.

Luk 24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, THEN CHRIST IS DEAD IN VAIN.

See Galatians 3, which explains God’s purposes for the Law; and how Jesus Christ has delivered us from it for all time. Feel free to study on your own the numerous verses that fully declare that Jesus Christ is the eternal Saviour and final sole source of eternal salvation for all time for all who believe in Him. See John 14:6.

Anyone willfully claiming salvation based on keeping the Old Covenant of the Law and/ or combining it with the New Covenant of Jesus Christ, or anything else is not considered a Christian according to the Bible.

Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, THEN CHRIST IS DEAD IN VAIN.

Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the CURSE: for it is written, CURSED is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. 11 But that NO MAN is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

          1Ti. 1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.

1Ti 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; 11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

    DINNER WITH JESUS CHRIST

Brothers and sisters, let us the holy family of God and priests give our continual fervent love, thanks and praise offerings to Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God with power, Saviour, Mediator, High Priest, though whom we have received the everlasting atonement and the free gift of Grace, through faith in His name, and not by any good works that we have done: Eph 2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Eph 2:9 - Not of works, lest any man should boast.Yet amongst the multitude of faithful there are those who willfully boast on their salvation being derived through mere men and or their own good works knowing that God warns throughout scripture: Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursedGal 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed2Jo 1:10If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 2Jo 1:11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. Partaker: to enter into fellowship, join oneself as an associate, make oneself a sharer or partner: Evil deeds: bad, of a bad nature or condition; in a physical sense: diseased or blind; in an ethical sense: evil wicked, bad. Rev 22:18 - For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: Rev 22:19 - And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. God warns us, even the whole world that there is only one absolutely true unchanging eternal gospel and it is laid out clearly in the New Covenant and confirmed within both the New and Old Testaments within the whole context of scripture from beginning to end. No one has any authority from God to add or subtract from His word. Unbelief, the condition of the people-anyone- whose hearts and minds unrepentantly reject the truth of scriptures continually echoing throughout eternity by the preaching of those sent by God and written in His absolute inerrant word. We know, dearly beloveds, that we can do nothing without Jesus, absolutely nothing. We can only feed the world and one another with the Word of God. Please don’t neglect the many scriptures you will find accompanying these studies. Let us dine fully at the Lord’s table, only He can guarantee us a full spiritually nourishing and healthy meal to satisfy and strengthen our spirits, hearts and minds. I love you all so much and you are in my heart and prayers early and often. I thank God our Father for you and your patience as we dine together at the Lord’s table separately yet tethered together in spirit forever as one in Jesus in God our Father. Those who truly love and trust in Jesus know He is utterly faithful and loves us with an undying love. Therefore, we humbly submit to His will and loving authority knowing that He desires only the very best for us.  Jhn 14:23 - Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. Jhn 14:24 - He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. It’s all so easy to understand, holy brethren, no need for deep psychoanalysis. The evidence of our love for God is through obedience to Him in love and trust that God’s way is the only right way and the only right way is God’s way, for He is the narrow gate, and the straight path, He is the resurrection and He is the eternal life. And all who believe in Him have complete assurance that when we also love our brothers and sisters we have passed from death to life:  1Jo 3:14 - We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. When we comprehend the eternal absolute holiness and goodness of God, we comprehend the horrible nature, depravity, corruption, and bottomless defilement of evil which gives us the understanding of God’s hatred of sin and wrath towards those who reject His Son Jesus Christ. Nevertheless, God is merciful and long-suffering desiring that none should perish: 2Pe 3:9. God the Father for whom it is impossible to lie, who cannot lie, before He created the world promised eternal life knowing Adam would sin, Satan would rebel, Cain would kill Abel, and that after destroying the world by the flood would through Noah repopulate the world: Tit 1:2-3. Nevertheless the love of God burned without flicker or diming, and He gave assurances to Abraham and the promise of His New Covenant declaring:  Gen 15:5 - And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. Gen 15:6 - And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. Thy seed meaning: Gal 3:16 - Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of oneAnd to thy seed, which is Christ. There are those who twist the Bible to lie and state just a few people will be saved, destroying the faith and hope of the gullible. However, let us trust the infallible absolute truth of Jesus Christ the Son of God for as it was promised to Father Abraham in the beginning so it comes to pass Rev 7:9 - After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; So, we see at the end not just a mere handful of righteous people saved, but a number too great to be counted. I know I am among many who find when street witnessing the great numbers of people desperate, and hungry to know how to be saved, who believe the truth when they hear it and are saved thereby.  God commands us to share the word, not be pew sitters, although we should not abandon meeting together to fellowship regularly. God, who needs no one is sufficient in and of Himself. He created time but cannot be bound by time, space, nor distance foreknew how mankind would continually rebel, sin, falter, and slay His only begotten Son Lord Jesus Christ- still He never withheld His love nor mercy for John the Baptist declared: Jhn 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Jesus voluntarily out of love for God and all men gave His sinless life to pay for the sins of all who believe in Him. Breaking bread, or dining with others is amongst one of the most intimate acts that people do. Imagine dining with someone who hates you, sleeps in the same dwelling with you and is around you much of the day. Jesus loved all of His disciples to the end even Judas Iscariot. Jesus kept Judas with Him the whole time of His earthly ministry with the other disciples. Jesus knew Judas was a devil, a thief, knew he would betray Him. Jesus did all that He could to save and keep Judas out of hell. Judas saw the miracles Jesus did, heard the gospel from Jesus directly along with the other disciples. Jesus gave Judas the money bag, sent him with the other disciples to preach the gospel, and gave him power along with the other disciples. Jesus never threw Judas out. Jesus never failed to warn Judas of the consequences that would result if he betrayed Him: Mat 26:24-25. Jesus even washed the feet of Judas as He washed the feet of the other disciples. It was after this that Judas sealed by satan his real father had the gall to go out to betray Jesus: See  Jhn 13. However, after the resurrection of our Lord His remaining disciples would be filled and sealed forever with the Holy Ghost and be empowered to carry out their appointed apostleship’s in laying the foundation of Christ, the Rock of the New Covenant by preaching the gospel in the world, making disciples, and establishing the church-the body of Christ in whom Christ lives with God the Father and sealed by the Holy Ghost forever in this world and the world to come. Love and truth forever, serola

    DINNER WITH JESUS CHRIST

Brothers and sisters, as the Lord’s family of priests let us give abundant love and thank offerings to Jesus Christ our Saviour,Mediator, High Priest of the New Covenant, sent by the will and good pleasure of God our Father and His Witness God the Holy Ghost, for He is worthy of our worship and praise, even as God our Father is Worshipped.God declares in His word we can do nothing without Jesus and should not desire to do anything without his approval and blessings. Much love blessings and peace to you, holy brethren, in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who is with and in us to help us daily in our walk in, by, through and to Him. Let us regularly with patient persistence feed carefully on the Good News of the gospel to nourish, Jhn 6:63, grow in grace and strengthen our spirits, hearts, and minds continually. When Jesus declared:  Jhn 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in youMany who heard Him thought He had become unhinged and many departed from Him. We have some today that see His declaration as outrageous and impossible.  The simple eternal truth is that Jesus will not negotiate, bargain, cut a deal, accept excuses, or make any exceptions because those claiming to be His must believe all that the prophets and apostles have declared of Him without exception. There are always many faithful, however, we find that there are some who don’t believe Jesus is the High Priest of the New Covenant; Some don’t believe that His atonement gives eternal salvation as declared throughout scripture. Some don’t believe He is God the Son equal to the Father omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent. Some don’t believe He is the Head of the church, believing in error He is stuck in heaven, and have put men in charge of His church, until He returns.  This is not addressing those who are ignorant or untaught in scripture, but those claiming to know and understand it: 2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. As we continue with the study of the woman and her costly ointment, we remember and understand that she lavished it on Him in true repentance as the real object of value, and therefore gave the best that she had to employ and express her utter gratitude for His offering of Himself to obtain eternal forgiveness for all that believe in Him. The off the chart wicked person doing horrifying things is the picture of evil we easily recognize, yet the evil person can appear so ordinary and deceptively none threatening. There is no way to move forward with this study without understanding that Jesus did not want to lose any of His disciples. Jesus knew Judas was a thief who would betray Him when He chose him as one of His disciples. Furthermore, Jesus didn’t pick His disciples randomly, He received all of them given to Him by God the Father. Matthew, Mark and Luke gave the time line of two days before  the Passover; however John’s rendering of this story takes place earlier and the setting is not in Simon the Pharisee’s house but in the house of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus: Jhn 12:1Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.2There they made him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him. Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment. Again, it is the repentant Mary who in gratitude and faith fervently worships at Jesus’ feet. Some may find it surprising that all of them weren’t worshipping at the the feet of Jesus with her. We know from other scriptures that Mary had sat at Jesus feet intent and eager to receive His teachings. How can we claim to love Jesus and not also want to give Him our fervent worship and love offerings? Love and truth forever, serola

    DINNER WITH JESUS CHRIST

Brothers and sisters, much love and peace to you, the purchased of God our Father to be His very own possession through faith in Jesus Christ God the Son of God with power. Without Jesus we can do nothing. God our Father commands us to keep this in remembrance. This might offend some: Mat 11:6. However, those who love Jesus receive His truth with humble and grateful hearts out of love and trust in Him. Nope, no way we can do anything without Jesus whom God our Father through faith in His name, has set as the eternal life, and nourisher of His church, its eternal High Priest and Head of the body of Christ. Praise God that all believers come to know and understand our Lord over time through the teaching, study and consistent practicing of His word. God doesn’t expect His people to mature or ripen to maturity overnight. Again, holy people, we know  that Jesus is God’s Eternal Anointed One alone ordained to give and be the life nourisher and sustainer of His people-you, me, us- all who believe in Him: Luk 9:62Jhn 6:53Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Jhn 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. The New Covenant of Jesus Christ is absolute, without error, explicit, exhaustive, exclusive, final, finished, free and eternally complete. One is either in Christ or out of Christ, there are no good bad guys, or bad good guys, no half dark and half-light, neutral persons, or saved sinners. Liberal theology will lie and say that there are special cases, exceptions, and other roads that allow people to be saved. Yet again, dearly beloveds, all who trust in Jesus can be confident/assured that over time as we patiently, regularly eat the spiritual food from God to learn, study and live Christ, He causes Him to enter and be used in every part of our spirits, hearts, and minds to sustain and properly nourish the body of Christ individually and as a whole to grow in grace. Jesus is the Word of God, the Word of eternal life: 1Jo 1:1.6:27  Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. God Has given Jesus as the only source of spiritual nourishment for His people. Jesus is the straight gate; the narrow way; the door to the sheepfold, Saints (G40 hagios) we know from the scriptures that all through Jesus’ earthly ministry He not only preached the absolute truth of scripture, He also warned against unrepentant-rejection of God’s truth that God the Father who cannot lie commanded Him to profess to the whole world. We fully understand why the woman with her ointment found the grace of faith in Christ that totally eluded the blind Pharisee Simon looking to his sect for righteousness.

Tit 1:2And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking backis fit for the kingdom of GodThen again, Jesus teaches no man, no servant can serve two masters: Mat 6:24; Luk 16:13. There are absolute and Irreversible good consequences for the believer in Christ and absolutely no good for those who unrepentantly reject Christ: Luk 12:5; Jhn 5:29Most importantly we understand from scripture that God allows our faith to be tested and tried by temptation, even as He allowed His own sinless Son to be tempted, however the word of God is clear: Jas 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: While Satan is called the tempter for good reason, please feel free to read James 1, among many other scriptures that go into minute details showing that the root of or core reason why a person actually yields to temptation originates in one’s own lust for that which is forbiddenGod doesn’t leave His people high dry and all by themselves in temptation: 1Co 10:13There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. See Heb 12Jesus is intensively involved in the life of all believers, never passive. We know that God is merciful calling all men to Christ both the good and the bad and takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked but calls all men to repentance in Christ. What we must comprehensively know and understand, dearly beloveds, is that God doesn’t throw His people or those claiming to be his people under the bus when they are tempted. He definitely steps in directly and or through His body the church to discipline/correct to restore, not punish. God’s people are kept from falling away by His Power: Jde 1:24Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, Those who reject God’s interventions are bastards and not sons at all. In understanding the mercy of God, and the nature of an impenitent heart we can get the correct understanding of Judas Iscariot as we go forward in the study. Let us keep in mind that Jesus is the life of not only the spiritual world, but the natural world as well and every creature in it. Every breath we draw is from Him who has given every man their allotted time to repent and believe in Him, before He withdraws His breath after which men die, and then the judgment. Love and truth forever, serola
