Yahweh's Got MyBack.....

Lately I've been thinking...  I know I don't do it often (mainly because it hurts too much) that the church sure has gotten it's priorities out of whack.

Since when did church bcome a contest to see how big we can get, how many pastor's we can have on staff, how much money we can collect and in the process see how cold, disconnected, and uncaring we can become.

Is it just me, or are you looking for something...something that speaks to your spirit.  Not necessarily a program or a building, but something that makes your heart jump.  Something that is so incredible it's way too hard to express.

In a time when I have seen my families income get cut dramatically, and yet seen the family grow in number by three (Love you Cody, Kyleigh and Austin.  In no way am I forgetting you Traci, Amanda and Ashlee, I love you guys lots too.) I have found that I seem to have drawn a whole lot closer to the Lord.  Even when things seem a little tough, when I'm not sure where stuff is going to come from or how it will be provided, I have still discovered that Yahweh has my back.  He's still there always has been, always will be.  Thank you Lord, for being there.  I guess the Word is true...I CAN do all things through Christ who gives me strength.  (Philippians 4:13)
