    Mark 4:34; Job 4:14-15

Mark 4:34 King James Version (KJV)

34 But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

Mark 4:34 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

34 He did not tell them anything without using stories. But when he was alone with his disciples, he explained everything to them.

    These are my thoughts.

We as His disciples get incite that no one else does.

Job 4:14-15 King James Version (KJV)

14 Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.

15 Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:

Job 4:14-15 Good News Translation (GNT)

    14  I trembled and shuddered;
my whole body shook with fear.
15 A light breeze touched my face,
and my skin crawled with fright.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

14 Fear is something that can cause bad side effects, it can make people wrecks but it also can keep us safe from doing something that leads us to harm. Fear in a way of respect is good, to have this respect for the Lord is wise but to have a fear where you are afraid to go to the Lord is not. The Lord can handle our fears; He is bigger than anything we fear.

15 Fear can get to the point where people are closed off. Fear can cause people to be alone. Fear affects how we act and who we are. We should give the Lord our fears.

    Mark 3:33; Job 4:12-13

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4y5tvTevp4

Mark 3:33 King James Version (KJV)
33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?

Mark 3:33 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

33 Jesus asked, “Who is my mother and who are my brothers?”

Contemporary English Version (CEV) Copyright © 1995 by American Bible Society

    These are my thoughts.
Jesus knew who they were, He also knew the most important family is those of the Faith.

Job 4:12-13 King James Version (KJV)

12 Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof.

13 In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men,

Job 4:12-13 Good News Translation (GNT)

12 Once a message came quietly,
so quietly I could hardly hear it.
13 Like a nightmare it disturbed my sleep.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

12 God can give us personal messages if we watch and listen but we can also receive messages from else where, we need to be able to learn the difference between the two. The message came quietly that means we need to listen, if we are distracted if we aren’t listening then we can hear the message that comes thru the quiet.

13 Sometimes the messages may scare us, often times God will have us go out of our comfort zone, this may scare us but He will be there with us thru it. Sometimes God speaks thru dream, He did in scripture.

    Keep our eyes on Jesus.

    Mark 3:32; Job 4:9-11

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzJ_GsDFYv8

Mark 3:32 King James Version (KJV)

32 And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.

Mark 3:32 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

32 The crowd that was sitting around Jesus told him, “Your mother and your brothers and sistersa]" data-fn="#fen-CEV-22287a"> are outside and want to see you.”

Contemporary English Version (CEV) Copyright © 1995 by American Bible Society

    These are my thoughts.

We should never let even our family keep us from doing for God what we know we should do.

Job 4:9-11 King James Version (KJV)

By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed.

10 The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.

11 The old lion perisheth for lack of prey, and the stout lion's whelps are scattered abroad.

Job 4:9-11 Good News Translation (GNT)

Like a storm, God destroys them in his anger.
10 The wicked roar and growl like lions,
but God silences them and breaks their teeth.
11 Like lions with nothing to kill and eat,
they die, and all their children are scattered.

Good News Translation (GNT) Copyright © 1992 by American Bible Society

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

9 God is just and will be vengeful once His mercy is not accepted in the time He has given. People will receive God’s wrath if they don’t turn to Him and receive His grace.

10 God will cause everyone to be humbled one day whether it is now or on judgment day. Everyone will confess God as Lord for too many it will be far too late.

11 Lions have to take much meat each day for food, if they don’t get this food they soon die. God wills one day humble those who choose to not be humbled themselves.

    Mark 3:31: Job 4:8

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCQ5lBKGXk4

Mark 3:31 King James Version (KJV)
31 There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.

Mark 3:31 Contemporary English Version (CEV)
    Jesus' Mother and Brothers

31 Jesus' mother and brothers came and stood outside. Then they sent someone with a message for him to come out to them.

Contemporary English Version (CEV) Copyright © 1995 by American Bible Society

    These are my thoughts.
We can also call on Jesus as His followers anytime as well.

Job 4:8 King James Version (KJV)

Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.

Job 4:8 Good News Translation (GNT)

I have seen people plow fields of evil
     and plant wickedness like seed;
now they harvest wickedness and evil.

Good News Translation (GNT) Copyright © 1992 by American Bible Society

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

The world will always follow the ways of evil and sow things that only lead more to sin, they are bound to sin and no nothing but sin so without Christ all they will follow will lead to sin without they have no hope of anything else.

    Mark 3:30; Job 3:6-7

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7sNz_HWdN4

Mark 3:30 King James Version (KJV)

30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

Mark 3:30 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

30 Jesus said this because the people were saying that he had an evil spirit in him.

Contemporary English Version (CEV) Copyright © 1995 by American Bible Society

    These are my thoughts.

The people said Jesus followed after an evil spirit and He is perfect how much more may they say about us.

Job 4:6-7 King James Version (KJV)

Is not this thy fear, thy confidence, thy hope, and the uprightness of thy ways?

Remember, I pray thee, who ever perished, being innocent? or where were the righteous cut off?

Job 4:6-7 Good News Translation (GNT)

    You worshiped God, and your life was blameless;
and so you should have confidence and hope.
Think back now. Name a single case
where someone righteous met with disaster.

Good News Translation (GNT) Copyright © 1992 by American Bible Society

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

6 None of us our blameless but this was a great honor to be known as righteous and to be known as a worshiper of God. This is a message of hope given, sometimes we need that.

7 This is where it changes because he is stating bad things do not happen to good people, the truth is there is no good people, we are all at fault and if bad things happened only to bad people then Christ who was perfect would not have died for us.
