The voice of one calling out from this desert of faith, make straight the way for the Lord!

    Miracles

The sound of the wings of the cherubim could be heard as far away as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when He speaks. Ezekial 10:5 (NIV)

Does God speak to you,? Or do His words fall upon deaf ears? Can you hear Him? Or is He wasting His time and breath trying to relay unto you His glory? I have to wonder do the majority out there realize God speaks to us frequently. Do you know just how outspoken God really is? He speaks to us. Do we choose to listen?

I have been asked by some wishing to dispute my faith, if God loves us and is really the God He claims to be, why then does he not give us miracles today that we might believe?

Then Jesus said to him,"unless you people see signs and wonders, you will by no means believe." John 4:48 (NKJV)

I ask you, how many signs and wonders must you see? Do you walk, talk, function in a manner which allows you to get through your day? That my friend is a miracle of itself. That someone so blind might traverse this world so completely.

The voice of God comes to us every day,in everything we venture. If by chance you can't hear, maybe you need a faith check. It is not your hearing, it's your beliefs, your reason, your self centered characteristics, which allow you not to hear the word of God.

Country singer Charlie Daniels many years ago had a song that said let the blind man play. My prayer is that the Lord open your heart and let the blind man see. Still need signs and wonders?

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23 (NAS)

Theerefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned.Romans 5:12 (NAS)

Jesus resurected from the dead, Jesus was resurected from the dead that you may believe and be saved. The price of sin is death, the Gift of God is life.

For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, So that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16 (NLT)

Let God awaken you from the death of sin and be made new through faith in Jesus Christ. That my friend is a true resurection from death and through it you may have eternal life. How many signs and wonders must you see?

send me 100 dollars and I will send you a prayer rag

Okay I have to admit once in a while I stop looking for a tv show once I arrive at the televangelist station. To  be honest it makes me laugh. These people invoke God and claim to be working for Him and the whole time they are picking your pocket. Lets add them up and see just how many of the commandments were broken during that sermon to sell you on sending them your money. Faith in any one of the charletons on tv is misplaced. People save your money or use it somewhere that God can appreciate the jesture. Lining the pockets of a hustler will not help to open the gates of heaven, and will not set you right with God. Search the Bible to know the Lord don't watch tv. What is it Jesus asks of us? Luke 5:20,Luke 7:9, Mark 5:34 The answer is there look . Seek after the Lord with all your heart and all your mind . Don't be hustled by a con artist paying a lot of money to get access to your checkbook. Jesus asked for faith at no time during His ministry here on earth did He ask for money, and no one here on earth who asks you to give them money to receive the blessing of the Lord is telling you the truth. Believe in the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and receive the blessing of His grace. Seek that and not worldly ventures and truly know God.

Be blessed, know God,seek His will

    Faith

I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I live now in the flesh I live by faith in the son of God, who loved me, and delivered himself up for me. Gal. 2:20 (NAS)

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God. Eph 2:8 (NKJV)

I have been asked why i belive the Bible to be true, what proof is there?

I answer with faith. If by chance the Bible is not true it is the most elaboratly constructed and persued lie  put together and continued by evil men that have nothing in common with one another. This itself would be the most evil thing man had ever attempted to do and I would find that scenario much harder to swallow than the truth of the Bible.

in th O.T. we can read that the world is round and the universe is growing. This from a time when the world was still flat and the center of the universe. (where does it say this? Well my friend do yourself a favor and seek for yourself if you still can't find it after a true search ask and I will tell you)

How can we believe the N.T. the faith of those that walked with the Lord. If that is untrue than this group of men also were part of that conspiracy to mislead others that dates back to the beginning of time. They however were willing to go one step further to mislead you. They were willing to die that you may know the truth of the Lord, that you too may be saved through faith in Jesus Christ and be reconciled to the Creator of all we have all we know and all we shall ever be.

In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things  were made through Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it John 1:1-5 (ESV)

    Peter- crucified upside down

    Andrew- crucified

    Matthew-died by sword

    James,son of Alpheus- crucified

    Simon- crucified

    Thaddaeus-killed by arrows

    James, Jesus' brother- stoned

    Thomas- died by spear

    barthalomew- crucified

James, son of Zebedee- died by sword

    Stephen- stoned

These men all died because they believed that God came, lived, died and was resurected, that we may be found righteous in the site of God. If those that were among Him were willing to go that far to let you know the truth of Jesus Christ, let me ask you a question. What proof do you have to say these men died trying to convince you of a lie?

May the Lord bless you with the truth of His presense and shine on your life the light of life, that you might find the way

    God bless

    Ross

I would challenge anyone who hasn't done so to pick up and read the Bible and  know the truth yourself

Since day one here it has been my goal to present the fact that if one is alive in Christ, He will live by the law God gave to us. The ten commandments are the main tool we have to convince someone they are a sinner and need Jesus that they might be saved. That is and shall remain the focus of my ministry. Let me make perfectly clear in this flowery message designed to tickle your ears, that you will not find reprieval from the law in my sermonettes. it is my sincerest hope that if one person is saved,or even strengthens their walk through the teaching I have provided here then I have been succesful. Let me also point out you will not find thekjv quoted in any of my words. Why because it is hard for most to follow and the translation in many areas is incorrect. That is my opinion, others will say just the opposite. My belief is that if someone is willing to read the Bible it does more good than if they look at it get confused and set it aside. Let me assure you it has nothing to do with one version being softer on sin than another. That is not what I preach nor will it ever be.Many people are out there getting rich preaching the word of God,selling books ,so called miraculous healings and other garbage that sucks the word of God out of the poor people who buy into their God will make you rich if your right with Him sermons. God never promised us worldly riches nor is His blessing a gaurantee of a wonderful happy existance here on this training ground we are temporarily on. Those who teach and get rich on the word shall one day face judgment. I hope those they have lead astray will reconcile their lives with God before they also have to confront the judge.

And the evil spirit answered and said to them, I recognize Jesus and I know about Paul, but who are you? And the man in whom was the evil spirit, leaped on them and subdued all of them and overpowered them, so that they fled out of the house naked and wounded. Acts 19:15,16 (NAS)

When you go before Christ on the judgment seat make sure you are not beaten and naked. make sure you areprotected by the grace of God and clothed in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Make sure when you have been weighed and measured you are not found wanting.

Praise Jesusand live your life for Him

I have to wonder are we truly doing what the Lord would want us to do. If we asked ourselves what would Jesus do, would we come to the conclusion that he wanted us to offend fellow Christians, proclaim with arrogance our self righteous interpretation of the Bible, admonish others because their belief does not match up with ours, belittle others because we don't feel what they believe agrees with how we believe the gospel to be. We chased away a perfectly saved Christian from this site because she didn't feel like she was in a fellowship type of relationship here any longer, and I am shamed by that as others should be. Are we so enlightened that we can state that the Bible says this and nothing else? I would encourage all who believe that to look at what the Bible says in Greek and Hebrew, throw away that King James version. If you need a different Bible let me know. Thank you all for reading my rantings, I wish you all well I neither feel a fellowshoip here

Do you continue to go with Jesus

"Ye are they which have continued with Me in My temptations." Luke 22:28

It is true that Jesus Christ is with us in our temptations, but are we going with Him in His temptations? Many of us cease to go with Jesus from the moment we have an experience of what He can do. Watch when God shifts your circumstances, and see whether you are going with Jesus, or siding with the world, the flesh and the devil. We wear His badge, but are we going with Him? "From that time many of His disciples went back and walked no more with Him."

The temptations of Jesus continued throughout His earthly life, and they will continue throughout the life of the Son of God in us. Are we going with Jesus in the life we are living now?

We have the idea that we ought to shield ourselves from some of the things God brings round us. Never! God engineers circumstances and whatever they may be like we have to see that we face them while abiding continually with Him in His temptations. They are His temptations, not temptations to us, but temptations to the life of the Son of God in us. The honour of Jesus Christ is at stake in your bodily life. Are you remaining loyal to the Son of God in the things which beset His life in you?

Do you continue to go with Jesus? The way lies through Gethsemane, through the city gate, outside the camp; the way lies alone, and the way lies until there is no trace of a footstep left, only the voice, "Follow Me."

I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit,Who leads you in the way you should go. If only you had paid attention to my commandments! Then your well being would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea. Isaiah 48:17b,18 (NASB)

Oh that they had such a heart in them that they would fear Me and always keep all my commandments, that it might be well with them and with their children forever! Deut. 5:29 (NKJV)

And behold, one came to him and said , Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may obtain eternal life? And He said to him, Why are you asking Me about what is good/ There is only One who is good; but if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments. He said to Him, Which ones? And Jesus said, You shall not commit murder; You shall not commit adutery; You shall not steal; You shall not bear false witnes; Honor your Father, and Mother; And you shall love your neighbor as yourself. The young man said to Him these things I have kept, what am I still lacking? Jesus said to him, If you wish to be complete, go and sell your possesions and give to the poor, and you shall have treasures in heaven; and come, follow Me. Matt. 19;16-21 (NASB)

What am I still lacking? The young mans question answered itself I believe. He had kept the commandments, he had lived a good life. Perhaps to good ,because that is where his heart was.He coveted the gain he had gotten from life. He loved what this world had to offer, More than he desired to be a part of God's kingdom.

Maybe though you are not rich, I know I'm not. Christ isn't however speaking only of money and possesions. That was the stone that tripped up that particular young man. Where lies your heart? What is keeping you from truly knowing the grace of our Lord? Pride? Lust? What does your heart desire?

I have said on several occasions, Know the law, live the law. Will that make you a good person? Will that gain you entrance to heaven? No and no. Why then should we strive to live by such a rigid standard?Because if we are alive in Christ, we must. When saved He creates a new us, the old us dies away and we are reborn in Him. That should be the desire of our heart, that should be the one thing we strive for. Salvation is a glorious gift. Desire not worldly demise, desire grace, live for the promise of salvation.

Live for Jesus and be blessed

In Christ, of Christ and for Christ

    Are LDS(mormons) Christian

You will here things coming from mormons which sound almost like they could be,however Christ warned and the early Church Fathers warned of false teachers and if you take a half truth mixed with bold outrages lies and stuff them into an envelope marked truth, what you have is a falsly labeled package of lies.

Yes you will here Jesus is Lord, but from there they will pull away from Christian doctrine. The belief that God was once flesh and blood ,at which point he had sex with Mary, slashes at the entire premise of the faith. Taking away the eternal being of God.Removing the virgin birth. Add to that the teaching that should one uphold the teachings of mormonism they shall become their own God of their own heaven. These alone are enough to say no this is not a Christian organization and what they believe to be the one true church in God's arsenal is nothing more than an expressway to hell

There are many more misteachings of this cult I could touch upon, however to save space maybe we could approach the subject again at a later time

May God rain down blessing on those truly accepting of his salvation

    The Law

You shall have no other Gods before me. You shall not make for yourself an idol. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God.Observe the sabbath and keep it holy.Honor your Father and your Mother. You shall not murder. You shall not commit adultry. You shall not steal. You shall not give false testimony. You shall not covet.
Look these over carefully, because this is the standard we should strive to live by.Some might tell you the ten commandments no longer mean anything, Jesus did away with them. Jesus himself said he did not come to do away with one bit of the law however. True you shall be judged by your faith, not the law. How than shall we live? Shall we cleave to our worldly desires, hold true to the temptations of the flesh,or shall we live to glorify God?
Without the law none would be sinners, none would need a savior.
God is loving and understanding true, but he is also just and righteous He can't just ignore sin,it's against His nature
I've heard arguements that God doesn't exist ,because God can do anything and if God can do anything then he can create a mountain so big, even he is unable to move it. Therefore if He can do that then he can't do everything so therefore God can't be. I know, logic without the use of logic. Doesn't make sense to me either. What we have to do is realize God can't do everything. God can't go against his own nature,God can't lie,so to say God can do everything is abstract unreality. God also can't just look at our sin and say oh well,he did pretty good otherwise,I'll just ignore the fact he's a lying, adultrous theif who has no respect for me. Would you serve a God like that? Pesonally I could'nt
Let's take a look at Matt. 5:28. Jesus says if you look upon a woman with lust, you have already commited adultery in your heart. Cmon guys, how many can say they've never done that?
Jesus saved an adulterous woman from being stoned. He told her accusers let him who has no sin throw the first stone, then he told her to sin no more. What is sin? Transgression of the law. What is the law? See the top of this page.
Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law,so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Romans 3:19(NIV)
Therefore the law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, that we may be justified by faith. Gal. 3:24 (NASB)
We must make ourselves aware of the law and live by it. Ultimatly that is what being alive in Christ is about. That is why he came to save us, that we may be like him and glorify our Father
Obey the law that Christ didn't die for no reason, even if that reason is only you

    TO SHOUT!

okay Marsha this is just because you said you liked it

Worldly desires, put me in a daze
God's true glory, locked in my minds maze
I stumble in the darkness of this life all alone
Some times wonder, why I'm so far from home
If I lived true to what I hold deep inside
I'd give God the glory, on this long labored ride
I'd be living for telling the world my story
I'd be living for giving Jesus the glory
tell about the day, Christ made me new
but I've shared my story with so few
And now I long to reach out
And I desire to shout- TO SHOUT!
Touch just my small part of this world
Let my faith like a flag be unfurled
    And to Jesus sing praise
    And to Jesus sing praise

This is war,and victory is certain

Just when I think that the battle is done, it starts anew on a different front. Trials, trials and more trials, in my own dimented way I think I'm beginning to enjoy it. I now approach each new hurdle with a smile, knowing that my faith shall surely grow once I've overcome what that deceptive xoxoxxx has placed before me(excuse my language) I shall not cease to give God glory for what ever comes my way.I am encouraged by the fact that I must at this point in my walk be doing something right and shall to the end continue.when all is said and done I have no doubts that I shall prevail to the ultimate glory of my Lord and Savior. Blessed be his name

So here is where I stand. I need everyone to join me . It is time to do a little damage for the good guys I would appreciate it if you all would join me It is my mission now to set that satan clown back a few steps. Seems to me like nows as good a time as any to pray hard and totally wreck hells stronghold in this world.Help me make a difference. Lets not just wreck hell, lets DESTROY it

Thank you Jesus for the opportunity to serve you and others in the face of adversity

    God bless all

    prayer

Well today has been an experience. I don't remember a time that I have ever come under such an attack. My faith,my salvation,my God,my desires, everything I know to be true about Jesus has come under scrutiny in my feeble little mind today. There seems always to be this thought of when are you going to give up your hopeless charade, you know your gonna go to hell anyway. I know this is all false, but it is persistent. More years ago than I truly careto remember a group called Molly Hatchet had a song called Flirting with disaster, that seems to be what I am doing at this time. The whole ordeal seems to stop during prayer or when I read the bible, unfortunatly I can't do thatall the time. Well okay I guess what I'm getting at, if you could say a prayer for me I'd appreciate it and I'll keep God close.

    Thanks

    Still in His service

    Balance

We have a loving, caring, feeling, giving and gracious God. but at the same time we have a righteous and just God and if one goes in either direction to an extreme, I believe they do a injustice to him and are not being true to what he desires us to know about Him.Look at Exodus to see a prime example of this. God's people were enslaved, tortured and just in general treated very badly and He heard their cries, so He sent Moses to lead them out. God showed many miracles and proved his authority many times over. The Israelites were brought out of Egypt and God showed his power to them repeatedly by providing and providing and providing for them. They were however human and prone to weakness and depraivity. God never let that generation reach the promised land, including Moses his chosen vessel of leadership.

God loved them like he loves us but he can't stand sin. He can't allow sin to go unpunished that would be against his nature. As much as he loves you and me unless we abide by the requirements he gave for salvation, we are going to hell. That will hurt him just as much as us, but what is, is. I understand balance but on the flip side to many preachers are afraid to even talk about hell, let alone inform anyone that's where their headed. To think that one can have a relationship with Christ and continue to follow the desires of the flesh without giving it a second thought is as much as being on the road to hell. But true one cannot focus solely on any one aspect of God. Should that be your desire, just join one of the many cults and follow them to hell.

God's blessing on all and balance your faith on the word

    Memory lane

I took a stroll down memory lane
I saw a past, stricken with pain
Come back to today, my view in the present
God's blessed me so much, life so much more pleasant
When I arrived at where, it was not worth the fight
I gave it over to Jesus, brought it into the light
There ain't no use in looking back
    Yesterday has faded to black
Look to my future, my hope in his love
I walk through this journey, my guidance above
Stepped out of the darkness, into the light
Now I'm focused on Jesus, keeping him in my sight
Look toward heaven, Lord I do pray
Provide me your guidance, through this God given day
