What should you do in the first month after you baby come to the world? Generally, it's the most important thing you have a newborn at home. You may spend all your time on caring your baby. As well as, you should take care of yourself, because your baby needs this! Then how to take care of your health after delivery? Here are some tips for you, hope they will be helpful for you. 1. Ask for help as possible as you can. This is the right time you need their help, so please don't be afraid to this. All people around you should know how they can help you. 2. You may need advices from your doctor if you always feel anxious and can't go to sleep. 3. Keep your hands clean. You should wash your hands often before you feed your baby, after going to the bathroom and so on. 4. Don't go out without friends with you. You need a partner around you as often as possible. 5. Don't be afraid that your house is disorder. This is not the time for this. Your baby is the focus of every one who come here, not your house. our daughter is coming
My name is David and my wife is called Mary. I'm 30 and my wife is 30 too. We purchased our house last year in the city. This is our dream home and we are so excited about this. However, it was not the most exciting things at all.
Last sunday, Mary took a pregnancy test. She didn't told me at all, and i totally had no idea that she bought a test and had missed her period.
She told me that she was so happy when she saw the lines turned blue. She cried when she looked in the mirror, since she couldn't believe that she was pregnant! This is one of the most important time during her life, and this is the most important news she want to share with me. Sure, the most important!
I didn't react at the time she told me this news, then i rolled over the bed and held her. I was so happy and nervous! Is this true? Am i going to be a dad? That's quite incredible!
It's an exciting journey for us to becoming parents. There are many things to be learned for us, and for you, if you are in the same situation!

What should i do here?
