Lifting up Christ at a time when we need Him most

    Tue, Dec 13th - 4:47PM

God is in Control... Even Today

The world we live in is in turmoil. All one needs is to watch the news to realize it. The rise of ISIS, Aleppo and the immigrants, And Russia in the Middle East. Even more our worst fears realized with self- radicalized terrorist attacks. We live in times when Christ needs to be lifted up in a big way. The decline in morals points in that direction. Christianity is under attack. Too many seem to be laying down and accepting what is going on in our culture. I believe more than ever that Jesus is calling us to battle. Calling us to stand for Him. Unfortunately, there is a sickness in our culture. No one wants to hear what God says. No one wants to hear about hell. Or, sin. Too many want to be coddled so they can live how they want. Whether we stand up for God or not, He will remain in control. Everything he has designed to happen is happening right before us. In the end what we did for Jesus and how and why will count against us.
