Hello, my name is Linda. I have been a Christian most of my life and was always active in church, but something always seemed to be missing. I "craved" to know about God but the things I learned from my many teachers along the way always seemed to be in bits and pieces. It just wasn't enough. It wasn't until I began to read the Bible on my own, asking God to give me understanding, that I truly began to learn. Since then I have felt the need to tell people (including my Sunday School kids back then) the importance of studying the Bible on your own and allowing God to give you understanding as He promised. Man can make mistakes and we should never just accept what people tell us, no matter who they are. By reading the Bible and allowing God to speak to our hearts, we can avoid falling for false teachings that are so rampant in the world today. God bless.
