Hello All, I'm a former U.S Navy Sailor & Gymnast, who is currently working for a cargo airline as an A&P Avionics Airplane Tech. My beautiful wife (Infidel Granny)and I have been married for over three years now. She has been inspirational in helping me re-start my life. Praise God for lifting me up! I have always been very healthy, but it was not until recently that I understood the biblical meaning of being healthy and how God designed us to live.
I have known God and Jesus as my Lord and savior for as long as I can remember. However, at age 30 I read His word for the first time myself. After years of being spoon fed the Word, I finally allowed the Bible to have the power to change me from the inside. As the last 10 plus years have gone on I have studied many aspects of Biblical princibles. This site is dedicaded to just one of them, "Biblical Health & How to Live 120 Years". Many Blessings, Shane
