Hence the reason we were given the Holy Spirt - to keep us in check with what we need to be doing. And yet, we still are let to choose.
I see it, that with God there is only one choice - life your life as though the bible was imprinted on our hearts

The hardest part for me is having a position of authority at work and trying to find the middle of the road. You know, that place where you usurp the necessary authority, trying to get people to do their jobs, and still manage a Godly attitude. I have found that no matter how much you try to express the virtues of Christ, they will forget as soon as you have to bring them into correction. This is a major struggle for me and I welcome any advice on the issue. They are mostly young people, I am an ancient 48, and I think they see me in a negative light. I do go to bat for them when it is called for, with my manager, but they quickly forget that part.
Still, doing my best to be that conduit of God's love and grace.
