Hi Eve I enjoyed your article. Good health makes one a much better person. I have Dr. Jordan R. book in our library. He has got some good points concerning health. I especially agree about the foreign chemicals in our products. I only buy certain brands of deodarant. - Degree is a good one for instance.

Hi Eve,
Wow, lots of good info.
I try to eat right but I still need the occasional bit of chocolate or sweet.
I know dark chocolate is good for your heart but I like it all!
Thanks for reminding me what is really important.

Dear Mary Lou thank You for Your comment... I too like chocolate, but fortunately I only like the 70% dark or even darker... I do eat it daily :-)
