when we try to "marry" psychology with Christ and bypass the scriptures for some particular sin, we dishonor Christ, and mislead people by focusing them on living for themselves, and not to please God. The bottom line is we must work to help people face sin no matter what it is, and trust Jesus by obeying Him, not our flesh.

Lookingup, you are correct in what you have said regarding scripture and I agree. I your comment speaking directly to what I have said in my article? I did not make any statements that take sin and place it in the secular realm and away from the scriptures. It is not for any of us to judge anyone of their particular sin; but to clarify the position in which they stand regarding their sin. I only counsel with language that any common person can understand. What I speak is biblical in its message but related in a basic form. To those that do not know scripture or have never picked up a Bible, they must be fed milk before they can digest anything more solid.
