I never buy white shoes. Because I know that they won't stay white very long. Five minutes into the day they will already have a smudge on them.
But I am always impressed with people who wear white shoes. I wonder, How can they keep those so clean? Don't they ever walk anywhere dirty? But it does make me wonder, What do their socks look like?

Hi Teri,
I have pondered your story and I can see the analogy to my soul.
But, are we as careful about our soul and heart as we are about our shoes?
When we let sin discolour us we can go to our "Fantastic" God and He will clean us just as good as new!
Thanks for sharing. God bless you Sister.

I've pondered this a couple times Teri and I have to say if your going to be that devout about your shoes as well as others you are going to have a very hard time walking around in the real world. Do you really believe that an air of perfection presents to those walking along side of you the real you? Is it not better to show the flaws which are attached to life and present your shoes as ready to be cleaned when they need be. I mean if your sins are as scarlet, are your shoes really that pure? Don't think I'll ever make it even out the door without my shoes showing the effect of what I'm walking in.
God's blessings to you Teri
