Oh, one more thing. I usually go to the secion "Recently updated blogs" (after hitting the blog cat.) because those are the most current ones (obviously). :)

Thank you for responding to me. I'm really not sure what I'm doing. I am going to send this and hope that it goes to you, Mary Lou and not back to me. I was trying to put in a picture and I don't know where I went but I ended up with this very large picture and then didn't know what to do with it. I'm just going to take my time trying to figure this out. It may take awhile. Thank you again, and God bless your day.

You did it right!
When you respond it just shows up on your comments of your blog and we can check back to see if you have responded.
I can't figure out how to put pics on the daily written part either but Colin does is all the time. Maybe he will tell us how to do it? Hugs ML

Hello Kathleen and welcome..It is really lovely to see you here. I am the Irish artist poet here! I am heavily outnumbered by Americans and Canadians! I know you will enjoy yourself here! I see Mary Lou thinks I know how to put in the pictures..I just press a little button...and there thy are!... not really!..I am not much good at explaining things but I will do my best! If you want a picture for the top of your blog..click on MY Blog.on left of screen..then click on Blog settings..at bottom of blog settings you will see browse and click on it..This will let you get to where you have stored pictures..perhaps from a scanner or camera etc. After you click on picture you want to use..Click on upload and it should appear..then click on save. Do not try to upload too big a picture for top of blog page. To put a picture in the daily writing part..Click on ..My Blog..click on Manage Images.. and you can upload stored pictures into it. When you are posting a message..Click on My Blog..click on Post messages..and when the page appears..there is a little sympol at top of right hand corner..click on it and it will let you into your stored Manage Images where you can click on one of your stored pictures and it will appear on your Post message page..you can adjust the size of it there by clicking on it and go to the little boxes which will appear and pull them in or out! I usually copy and paste my poems in from the Microsoft Word Page. You can adjust the size of print and colour in the Post message page. When you are satisfied...Click on save...and it will all appear on your blog. After all that..get Lois or someone to explain it all properly to you! I am sure I have not made sense!

I based the above on the fact I use Exployer6 on my computer and my Post Message page is in the HTML mode. I hope this is a help to you Kathleen. Take care.

Well I did it and it was gigantic, so I had to try and put something else there and that worked a little better but it was still pretty big. I don't know how to get it smaller so I'll keep playing around with this until I either go nutso or say forget it.
