Hi Eve,
Amen! What a uplifting and encouraging post, I have truly enjoyed it...Yes, there is nothing that can compare the fellowship that we have with our Precious Lord. I love Him because He first loved me. He is the keeper of our soul...
David meditated day and night, something to think about.....The more we pray, read and study God's Word, the Holy Spirt will enlighten us to grasp a new revelation which we have read many times. Praise the Lord, when our Spiritual eyes are opened, what a great meaning comes from the scriptures. There are many golden nuggets to dig out, when we desire to seek for them, with the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Psalm 42:1 -- As the hart(deer) panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
Thanks for sharing Dear Sister, you are a great blessing, keep up the good work in our Lord's vineyard....

Oh, wow, dear Lois, what a super great comment! Yes, yes, yes, You are so right, "The more we pray, read and study God's Word, the Holy Spirit will enlighten us to grasp a new revelation which we have read may times." I think it is so awesome that we can read one verse for hundreds of times and get so many revelations from it. Like You said, "There are many golden nuggets to dig out, when we desire to seek for them, with the leading of the Holy Spirit." So true!!

Hi Eve,
Another great blog to make me think. I agree with you about the more time we choose to spend on our hobbies or watching TV or on other things, the more our desire grows for them. They become our idols. We adore them and use them in place of our Lord.
Don't you just love the fact that we can pray and ask God to help us spend more time with Him and He will help us. He will make those times we are spendingtogether, to be special times.
Thanks for the wonderful scripture and insight into His most Holy Word!
