    Be charity sincerity

“And Jehoshaphat the king of Judah returned to his house in peace to Jerusalem. And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD. Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.”
    (2 Chronicles, 19:1-3)

This was said to Jehoshhaphat after he, contrary to a prophecy, had joined power with the king of Israel and gone to war together with him. By the passage we learn that a man may have God’s love if he has prepared his heart to seek God. Even if his heart is not perfect, and even if he sins, the will to be perfect is what counts. It is written of the people of Israel some generations later:

“For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good LORD pardon every one That prepareth his heart to seek God, the LORD God of his fathers, though he be not cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary. And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.”
    (2 Chronicles 30:18-20)

Thank you for an encouraging word, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, nevertheless. If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleans us from all unrighteousness. We are saints that sin but God forgives. God bless you. Merry Christmas.

No. God won't forgive forever. Saints don't sin.
