    And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

    This is a promise from God to His people. We need to lay hold on it and truly fight for it with all the grace and strength we can muster in this day and hour. Many false shepherds have arisen of late, also according to the predictions of scripture (acts 20:29,30) to lead God's people in a way of deception. The battle rages in this desperate time as the anti-christ system begins to manifest itself all over the world and the visible church enters into a phase of apostasy. Jesus warned against false prophets in Matt. 7&24 and said that if it were possible, even the elect (His own people) would be deceived. I believe that time is upon us and we must be faithful to the very end. Lord, give us faithful and true shepherds!
