Your poem was so good. I laughed and then you got to the good part. I have been thinking about the Blood of Jesus lots lately. What can wash away my sins? NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD! Oh precious is the flow, that makes me white as snow, no other fount I know, Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Hi Brenda...wrote the first part of poem tongue in cheek but I do hate needles. Had a blood test done and now have to go for another one. So glad you got a laugh..I love that hymn you quoted from..and no need to apoligise for the blunder. The first time I saw my name up in lights was in the doctors waiting room where they have a computer generated system of telling you that you are next to see a doctor. Colin..The Secret Gardener Character..that will be me! LOL Take care.

I enjoyed your poem, a good laugh, that was good for us. Yes, a lot of people don't like needles.

Oh, Colin, I am just amazed how anyone can just take the trip to a doctor and make a poem out of it! Wow! ...and end it by again drawing the attention to our Savior! You do not cease to surprise! Wow!

Colin, I love your poetry and especially enjoyed the one about the needles! Had to laugh because that's just how I feel and I heartily agree with the "ending":Jesus' Blood does wash away our sins! God bless as you continue to minister in His Name. Sharon
