Intersting. Yeah, I like NIV. Because it is easier to read. But I do skip around to see what I might miss. Amplified Bible sometimes seems to bury an idea. KJV or its variants may obscure it with unfamilar language. I have been using NLT a bit more of late. I think sometimes, the translation might say He, and we Know it is God. But for another, that might not be the case.
So, when we see what we think might be an error, or oversight, what to do? Exactly what you did. Point it out.
