You are so right!
They look at me so strange sometimes, that's how I know I've done something to draw attention to me. But I'm glad I'm the way I am.

I admire that you can do that! I admit that I am always weary of what people think of me in public. Don't ever stop doing that! God loves it and that's what matters.

Don't woorry about how people view you only be concerened how God views you. That way you will never have to be concerened when others look at you "funny" God bless you.

You go, Anyah! It's wonderful that you praise the Lord wherever you are.
It's not always easy to do something no one else is doing, but it's worth the effort. When I started at the church I now attend, no one else was very demonstrative in their praise. I came in there dancing (after talking to the pastor, of course), and guess what? There's still not a lot of demonstrative praise going on, other than one or two people who raise their hands. I still dance, though, and everyone has come to accept and even appreciate it.
Keep witnessing with those upraised hands, sister! You never know where it might lead.

I liked what you had to say about praising the Lord. I too find it odd that others don't feel comfortable with praise. If you say you Love the Lord then why wouldn't you talk about Him all the time and Praise Him? People do it all the time about sports or their kids or their husbands (well maybe not as much as they should). Anyway, I want to tell everyone how wonderful He has been to me and they look at me like I'm some kind of kook. I don't get it. May God bless you in all that you do. May he give you strength in caring for your husband and in the work that you do outside the home.
