I did some research and the church Rick warren pastors is not in the Southern Baptis ass.it is an evangical Church. Saddleback Church. Rick Warren is IF he he still holds his liscence a Southen Baptist Minister,but now has his own Church and is not affiliated with the Southern Baptist.Conference.

Thanks Mike for keeping us informed of this sort of stuff. I don't mind dancing and singing but you are right - some dances and songs are just not appropriate even if they are disguised as 'religious'.

You are so right, Mike. Bless you for speaking the truth. Thank God that there are people who are not so blown away by the name Rick Warren that they fall hook line and sinker for the devil's trap.
I don't know much about the saddleback church, but I have seen the same type of thing sweeping through so many "evangelical churches" of all denominations. Wouldn't it be wonderful to find churches whose drawing card is the Lord Jesus Christ.
I guess the time has come to start sighing and crying for the abomination that is being done in our land and our Churches.
