I don't agree about keeping my mouth shut about it, but I agree with simply saying my peace and leaving it. That happens to feed into my current train of thought I am posting on, BTW...
I should not get involved in another person's weight issues until I have been invited in personally. For my children (and I mean mine, personally) I have a responsibility that someone's parents may overlook and shirk. This leads to why some people think they need the Government to step in. I agree that is wrong, perhaps for and even harsher reasoning than your own.
Personally, I think the subcultures that would let their children become so unhealthy and expresses no concern deserves to die. Literally and as a cultural group as a whole. They sow the seeds of their own destruction and it is a generational curse of the biblical kind that needs to run its course. I have pity, and am willing to help those who realize what trouble they are in, and wish to break the curse and change their own subculture to get out of it. I am not for supporting such weak family morals and propogating weaker and weaker generations until the etire nation falls in failure by continually propping them up artificially. It is interesting that you point out that this is being supported as making a stronger nation, when in truth, I see just the opposite effect. Talk about deception! Satan would tell you white is black and black is white. Where were these ideas bourne from, do you think?
I find it rare that I should think you are not harsh enough, brother. I this case, I think you really need to take the gloves off.
