Hi Mel,
Thanks for the clarifying post (as well as the previous one). I am reminded, again, of a poem I had posted on my site at one point:
Judgmental
It's very strange to me, you see,
That the things that are wrong
That I see in thee
Are the very same things
That God points out
As plainly being wrong with me!
I realize that is not ALWAYS the case, but may be often.
I also realize I left this blogging community because I apparently didn't want to deal with the accusations going on among the folks here. And yes, I realize that I didn't have to continue visiting their blogs (which I stopped doing)! However, there are a number of you I enjoy visiting and will continue to do so as long as I am welcome!

Sharon,
Even should you not feel welcome, I challenge you to do this: Examine what you wish to say. If you can with clear conscious say that it was done for love of another, no matter how it comes out in the end, I say make your comment.
I should hope that I would never make you feel unwelcome and at the same time feel at least somewhat free to disagree (sheesh -- the rhymes have gotten to me...)

Mel, you made me laugh. Rhyming must be good for us, don't you think! :-)
Thanks for pointing out what should be our motive: love of another (as Christ loves each one of us)...I'm glad my conscience is free (at this point; wasn't always in the "long-ago" past I'll admit).
And it is good to be free to disagree! Mary Lou also mentioned something to the effect that we can disagree agreeably. And I'm sorry to say I haven't found that on some of the blogs... but, that's a horse of a different color and needs to be laid to rest!

Lighten up a bit.
State your comments and live by them.
You are not mean or disrespectful and that is what counts.
Continue to speak out if you feel a need!

I know I am not tryng to be mean and disrespectful, but I have a hard edge. I am harsh, not only with myself. I do try to lighten up, and can at times. Thank You!
And I speak when I feel I must.
(Sharon -- Yup, rhyming is good. So are puns and anything else to lighten me up!)

Yup, popped in again and still can't come up with anything to say, so, if I may, I'll hols comment for perhaps another day -
Tried the rhyming thing, but it just sounded corny! :O)

Just to "hear your voice" even if the only thing you said was: "What did I just step in?" will be enough to bring a smile. Comment if and when you like, or not.
