Amen! Bro.Larry, we are to trust in the Lord in every circumstance, and He will lift us up. The joy of the Lord is our strenth.....We are to forget the things that are in the past and press on, but us humans sometimes want to dwell on the past.......

One needs to train your mind not to dwell on the negative things and today is a good day to start. I believe this is just one example of renewing of our minds.
Keep rejoicing in all you have not dwell on what you don't.
