Hi, I agree with your views on the importance of marriage as ordained by our Lord God ALmighty.
My husband and I are in our 30s and all these by God's grace and mercy.Our lives were running like a speedboat during our earlier days of marriage and we had so much disagreement which almost lead to separation unnecessarily.
Today, both of us have learnt and still are learning to surrender our needs,feelings,pride to God and give thanks to God for each other and our relationship has improved tremendously.
It had been very hard even having Christ in our lives, I therefore couldn't imagine how other couples survive their marriages without Christ.
I pray very hard for our own marriage to provide the correct guidance and security for our children so that they will have a positive image and Godly values of their marriage in future.
I have a brother who went to States to work just to be able to live with his 'Boyfriend'. I was so saddened initially and became more careful not to be overpowering like my mom and I made sure my husband pays good healthy attention to my boys so that they have a good father as example.
