Yes, Colin, You are so right. People do look for comfort from so many places... and yet it leaves them empty... but everyone who wants true comfort has an access to it - Him rather!

Welcome back Colin,
Your poem was very heartfelt and I could sense your pain from your recent loss.
"Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up." Psalm 71:20 NIV
I know you are a KJV guy, but I liked the way this gave the message that we can count on God to restore our life and bring us UP again.
We can count on HIM to help us through our troubles.

you see I am learning I found you...my Father said to my spirit through His Spirit ,if you searche Me with all your heart Iwill let you find Me .. We are found by God when we love Him and accept His Gift for God so Love that he gave ..Oh my God I must go and hide this is verry powerful..Mose had to hide in a crac because God Goodness His Glory (to me represente the Son Jésus the glory of God his goodness)he(Mose) could not see His Glory, God had to put his hand over the crac to protest Mose Eyes ..Sir Colin I am sure you understand...au revoir,jetaime....And He was Made Flesh
