Thank you for the beautiful Mother's day poem. We will be celebrating our Wedding Anniversary Monday and Mother's day on Sunday, so I can use some guilt free recipes as I must watch my diet.

No wonder you look so fit and trim in your picture, you eat so healthy. Good for you. I try to eat good but I do slip up but I do get a lot of exercise - golfed 18 holes and walked it all yesterday. (Though, my hips are complaining today). Thanks for sharing your recipe. God bless you. ML
