Carrie - I pray that the Lord give you the strength to continue to shine His light even when all you want to do is hide away from everyone. Continue doing the great work you are busy with - you are an inspiration to many.

Thank you so much.. I love my family and i would do anything for them.. but i also know that there comes a time for tough love and we have to be firm with them as well.. Jesus was firm with his diciples .. keep us in prayer i know that this bi polar thing has its ups and downs.. i just pray for a quick healing form our jehovah jirah soon.. love ya and God bless you love carrie

I see. This was not wise to share, (in hindsight -- I am capable of the same fault, I am sure) Now that it is out, I'd suggest you keep it back between the other person and yourself other than with her express permission. I am sure that your apology was sincere, but understand that her lack of trust and confidence has some basis. Was there a sin that needed to be confronted, or was this disorder causing just that: disorder?
As for dismissing the diagnosis of a doctor offhand: you may think you have the faith to do that, but I do not. I think you are right to 'Stand by her' but to what purpose, in love, was there to share this? I must confess, that this confuses me more than it illuminates the truth.
I do not judge you. Rather, I exhort you to take heed of the painful lesson that you must be learning. God does have something to say on this. Seek it out!
