I think councelling is a fantastic idea. Often things from childhood that we have supressed have an effect on our everyday life and only once we have dealt with the issue and found healing, do we see results.
I also highly recommend Theophostic councelling. Do a google search to see what it is about. This type of councelling allows only God to work with you and cuts out all human interpretation. Jesus reveals the truth in each memory and the truth then sets you free.
If done properly, you never hav to deal with resolved issues ever again as God removes the painful memory and replaces it with the truth. Perhaps Carrie can even learn to do it on you or find someone with experience (best option) as they know how to deal with each memory. Let me know what you think.

hey lee,
right now im trying counselling with my pastor and my best friend. those are the two people i feel most comfortable talking to. i was put in counselling when i was 14 and i didnt like the fact that all they wanted to do was bring up all the bad stuff
