When I encounter the darkness within like your poem seems to describe, I get down on my knees and cry out to God with all my heart until He hears and answers. There is no need to dwell there in that place. Jesus will lift you out if you pray to Him. Jer. 29:12,13

I understand your poem completely. I understand your feelings that make you write such verses. I have written that kind of poem myself. It is times like these that I cling unto God and He will surely lift me up.
It is not easy but He is the Light and He is shining for you
