Hi sharon, I loved reading about your hilarious, and joyful vacation to go see your son and his family. You write so well, and in such a lively way. But now, after I had read your others posts, I shall be pondering with my siblings, because we too had a mom to heat our bath water on saturdays to bath in a tin tub, and Sharon, my dear sister, I never did see my parents take a bath either, yet they too were always clean- see what you started? (smile)

Dear serola,
Thank you for sharing that! I know my family was not the only ones who lived like that, but it's good to hear others reminisce about it! Enjoy your ponderings with your siblings...and as my youngest son told me, "Forgive and forget the bad times; remember the good times!"

My dearest Sharon, I just read about your wondrful vacation in Florida. I truly enjoyed it, I was with you all time, so interesting, how we can put ourself with others and enjoy the exiciting journey also. I'm so happy for you, had been a long time 7 years since you had seen your son...Isn't God good, he makes a way when there seems to be no way....Bless you Sister....

Hi Lois, I too enjoy reading about the journey of life others make. I am left feeling like there is a bond between us when I read the adventures of others (like on your site Path of Yesterday)... And it makes me feel good to know my adventures are enjoyed as well. :-) Yes, it was a LONG time to wait to see my precious son, but well worth the wait! We had such a wonderful time and I am also thankful my youngest son and his family could be there too! God is good!
