My post is ambiguous. The crap I am talking about is not wht the President said. The crap is Pornography.
I do have ideas, but am seeking other input before putting mine forward. Whatever we do, I don't need another law that is as flawed as the CDA was. Is a law needed? Maybe. Sound off and don't be afraid to go way out with your ideas...

you know much as I am for ridding society of rampant porn that is everywhere you turn. I think the making of another law that does nothing to protect us from terrorism and close our borders is a complete waste of time and money. Is child porn legal now? NO! Do those who rartake care? NO! Will they stop if another law is enacted? NO! I admired Prez Bush I voyed for him twice and have to admit I'm very disapointed. I thought we elected a small government conservative and ended up with someone who spends money like a drunken sailor first day in port. What good does it do to create a law to protect our kids from the influence of pornography when we all know it will do nothing but make one more law that is ignored by those who wish to be part of that lifestyle. the department of homeland security doesn't really have the time to marshal the law because they are to busy not keeping our borders safe

Make God the central point in government and abortion and pornography will automatically be baned! Problem solved. "In God We Trust" but only after we have turned to man, satan and everything else possible .......
Would it not be great in a president would have the guts to stand up and declare that "this country is a God fearing nation and from this day forth all godly principles will be applied and if you don't like it, exercise your freedom and leave!"

I vaguely remember more than a few celebrities that made representations that they would leave the US if first Gore and then Kerry did not beat Bush. Some very serious individuals offered to buy them a ticket, but as far as I know, none of them left. Pity, but considering the lack of depth in their character, not unexpected...
And silly me, I was actually wishing them well to take their leave of the US...
