It has been a pleasure for me to have read your posts. I saw you editing your blog last night (my british time). I have come to say hello and shake your hand. It is lovely to meet you Reverend.
God bless

I got a good laugh when I read, "well, he’s our preacher until we get a real one."
Reminds me of the time I told the story of the preacher who stayed longer than any other preacher and had to know what he did that was different... and finally someone told him,
"Well if you have to know, we didnt really want a preacher and you were the closest one we could find!."
To go home after a long ministry has to be one of God's greatest blessings for you. I think it is a great honor for the church to ask you to serve and God is certainly smiling I am sure!
Keep on Keeping on brother!
I have been to McComb... have a friend who is in real estate there... nice are.

I enjoyed reading your 3 writings today. I am sure you will do a great job at your new / old place. If you preach like you write they are in for a treat. Blessings ML
