No matter how depraved a human is, that person is still God's child who God loves. Our free will, given us by God, is what gets us into trouble. No matter how depraved a person is, the grace of God in a heartbeat can bring the person out of sin. Can a person who has never heard the Truth be accountable?

that is God to answer. One thing is for sure, the gospel, yes God's gospel, will reach even the uttermost part of the earth.
