What part are you playing?

Imagine yourself functioning in your family. You have a part to play whether you are a mother, father, daughter, son, grandchild, aunt, uncle etc.And so it is in the kingdom of God. God is a God of order, and thus each one who belongs to him has been given an assignment. It does not matter who you are or where you are, if you are human, God has given you an assignment. Not everyone gets to know their assingment or even get to finish it before they leave this world. It depends on the way the person has been living his or her life here on earth. There is a purpose for being here, a divine appointment with the almighty Jehova God. We all wake up to this revelation at some point. Wherever we are in our life, God has not given up on us and He never will. You see, God is eternal love itself, thats why He sent His only son, Jesus to die for our sins. No one else can ever do what He has done, that is why He said on the cross, 'it is finished-'the end. He has done it ALL.

There are people out there who are desperately trying to fit in in a place where they have been rejected, or are so lonely that it hurts and are looking for love or acceptance from the wrong people. If you know such a person, it is your responsibility to give them some hope in life. Let us briefly look at John 6:35,  'Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty....This passage simply means that...instead of you trying to find gratification, acceptance,happiness,  love, and all the other things you are looking for in other people, have Jesus in your life who is the only one who can give you all these things, and...for free. All you need to do, is make a choice. He gave us that freedom to choose whom we will serve. Make a conscious decision to follow Him and live by His rules. That requires us to look to the cross daily for our needs. The cross represents salvation and redemption of sins, and God wants us to come boldly to the throne of Grace, and ask Him for our needs, (Hebrews :16).

Looking around me and seeing all the chaos that is in this world, I am so glad that I have a Saviour who is in control of my life. I dont have to live in fear anymore because i know that God has good plans for me, He says so in Jeremiah 29:11 ' For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'

I sincerely hope that you make a decision whom you will serve today...Joshua 24:15 says..'But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."

Holy Spirit

I pray that you minister to this person who is reading this article today. May you have mercy on them and soften their heart so  that they can hear your voice. Speak to them clearly in a way they will understand and begin the journey of transforming and shaping their lives. For you are a God of love and mercy, a God of compassion. Forgive us our sins today, and wash us in your blood so that we can stand righteous before you. Father, i know you, and  you have done awesome things  in my life. I ask you to do the impossible for this person, so that they may know that you are God. If they are sick, heal them, O God, whatever trials and tribulations they are going through, i know that if they call upon the name of Jesus, All strongholds will have to cut them loose and healing begin. Now, i personally ask you to forgive me of my sins, and give me the strength that i need to do what you have called me to do. You have said that you will never leave me, nor forsake me, deutronomy 31:6, walk with me. I love you, Lord.

where are all the women of God?

I am just wondering where all the women of God are? My aim is to unite women all over the world in prayer, and encourage them to find their purpose and destiny in life through the living word of God. So, please let me hear from you...share what god is doing in your life or if you have no relationship to God, i would also like to hear from you.

I pray and interceed for every woman out there who is lost and searching for meaning and purpose in their lives. Sometimes, we think that what the world has to offer us is the answer, but having tried that, we soon realise that the world does not have the answers we are looking for. We begin to hurt, become resentful, envious and angry. Life starts to overwhelm us, and we begin to feel suffocated and turn to any form of temporary release.We search for a way of escaping , through other means like drugabuse, alkohol abuse, prostitution, violence, anything, just to fill the emptiness in our lives. It feels like we are being choked and everything around us starts to crumble. To the outside world, we look like we have our act together, but when we are alone and no-one is looking, we cry out in anger that there is no God, because if there was a God, He would take away all the pain and suffering. We curl up and wait for the dark cloud to settle in, and become numb as we are drawn into a deep dark hole. What we do not know is that, even in the darkest place, there is a ray of light. His name is JESUS.

The bible says that 'my people perish because of lack of knowledge'(Hosea 4:1-6). The knowledge of the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit, help everyone who comes across this website, touch them with the saving life of our Lord and saviour and help them set their eyes towards the cross, because that is where our help comes from.I pray this in the matchless name of Jesus Christ, son of the one true living God. Amen

Ruth represents women's faith in action

Hannah represents women who rise out of selfpity and pray!

Abigail represents women who deliver themselves

Bathsheba represents women who let God deliver them

Esther represents God's use of a woman

Satan's use of women: Jezebel,Athaliah,Delilah,Zipporah & Miriam on satan's use of women

Shunammite woman represents women whose hope is God

Each of us has that right, that possibility, to invent ourselves daily. If a person does not invent herself, she will be invented.
