Hope, Love, & Peace
I hope the Lord comes quickly. I pray for the "Catching Up" soon.
1 Thessalonians 4:
16. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;
17. then we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be caught up in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
I really hope & pray that more & more Christians will come forth to stop everything that the ACLU is saying is "unconstitutional".The Bible says in
Matthew 10:
32. Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven. 33. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven.
God could take care of the world's problems very easily by Himself. That's not the way He wants it though. Just like He does not want to force us into salvation; He wants us to do it willingly. In whatever we are doing for the Lord, titheing, ministering or just praying we are supposed to have a cheerful heart.
2 Corinthians 9:
7. Let each man do according as he hath purposed in his heart: not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
It seems like today there are not as many cheerful people. When you walk by someone today sometimes they will smile. Mostly people have so much on their minds or just plain angery(mad at the world) smiling is the last thing they want to do. I love to smile! It's just so much easier & peaceful. Jesus says:
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27.
It's not good for anyone to walk around mad all the time. It takes more energy to stay mad than to just be at complete peace w/yourself & everyone around you.
