Hi,
I thought I'd see how this works, or more importantly if I can work it.
I'll start with a little bit about myself:
First of all, my name is Bro. Terry Holmes. I am 41 years old, and live in Ripley, MS. I'm married, I have two adult children,(1 boy & 1 girl), three grandchildren,(1 boy & 2 girls), and one more grandchild on the way.
I surrendered to the ministry in April, 2001, and since that time I have been in the Prison/Jail ministry, the Nursing Home ministry, done Pulpit Supply/ fill-in, and pretty much Preached GOD's Word anywhere and everywhere that I could.
In August, 2008, I was voted in as Pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church, in Booneville, MS, after Preaching there for about a month. I am so thankful that the LORD has allowed me this opportunity. The Church is small right now, but the members are faithful to be there everytime that the doors are open, and they have more love than a lot of bigger Churches that I've been in. I love them every one and they all show me a greater love and respect than I have ever known. They love the LORD with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, and I feel so blessed to be their Pastor.
