Have you ever been tired?
Today, I am tired. I think it is the rain. The Lord sends the rain........yep, it's March! Saw a few robins yesterday, so that was promising. yippee His eye is on the sparrow,,,,AND the robin! And me. That, I am so grateful of. My son went with his Sunday school class to a Water Slide Park so I kinda got the house to myself. I say kinda, because my better half was in bed most of the morning with a cold or whatever it is. Wow, I'm just rambling today.........told you I was tired.

How well do you actually know God?
Do you make time for Him everyday? I mean.....really make time for Him?? We give 10% of our earnings every time we get paid,,right? Because we are thankful that He has given us our job, family, home, etc.? How about giving him 10% of our time everyday. We have 24 hours that He gives to us everyday. Can you really spare 24 minutes everyday, just for Him? Like they say......"try it,,,you'll like it!!!!

The Spirit of the Lord
The Spirit of the Lord was in the sanctuary this morning at church. Worship and praise offered up by the body of Christ. You could feel His Spirit moving in the congregation. I absolutely LOVE going to church and worshiping/fellowship with my brothers and sisters in Christ. I need to start doing more praise and worship in my own home. Not to mention, being more in the Word more and more as well. The busyness of life....... If I make more time for Him, He will make more time for me!!
Daddy is crazy about us,,AMEN???

Quality Family Time
Doing some things with my son today. He is out of school AGAIN because of the weather!! Playing one of his favorite games of Skip-Bo. At 11 years old, he is very good at it and beats me most of the time.

What I said
Remember what I said yesterday? This picture is so on it. Most kids don't even have the slightest idea that there is something that looks like this watching over them. Or, if that is what Angels really look like. Don't know. I'm gonna find out pretty soon though!!! Anyway, I could get off the subject right now with that. Maybe some other time. I started praying for my 10 year old son every day, before he gets on the bus, when he was in preschool. Now that he is in the 4th grade, it has gotten to where he makes sure that I pray before he gets on the bus. I just say a few words. It doesn't have to be a long drawn out affair. It usually goes like this. "Jesus, I lift R.J. up to you today, asking you to give him a very good day. Let him know that you are with him and place your Angels to watch over and protect him on the bus and at school with his teachers and friends. Amen" It usually goes something like that. Sometimes I add things like his tests, a friend problem or something that has been on his mind. Try it with your kids in the morning. Or, better yet. Catch them when they get home from school today and just take a moment to hug them, tell them you love them and offer up a prayer of thanksgiving letting the Lord know that you are thankful that they are safe at home. Then,,,,watch your kids' faces!!!
