My Spirital Journy
I was born and raised in the Disciple of Christ denomination, participating in all their various programs until I was a Senior in high school. It was at this stage in my life that I began to search for more knowlege of God and His Holy Bible. When the leaders of the disciples of Christ could not satifactorly answer my questions about God and the Bible, I went looking else where. I went to a revival with one of my high school buddies-hearing and receiving the plan of savation, becomeing a new born again Christian, and joining the local independent Baptist Church. After graduation from high school, I became involved with Campus Crusade For Christ at the university that I attended. There I learned how to witness to others, sharing the "Four Spiritual Laws" and my testimony. After Graduating from college, I got married and had a family. For a short itme, I returned to the "disciples of Christ" but they seemed to oppose or even pusicute some of the "new beliefs that I have accepted. After the death of my step daughter, I went to a non-denominational, spirit-filled church, where I am still a member. There I recieved the laying on of hands to heal my lungs and heart. Several weeks later, I received the baptism (filling) of the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues. The rest of my story follows in the entries below.

More Revelation
Time that I spend in my car driving to and from work or church each day I spend listening to christian radio and praying. It is often during this time that the Holy Spirit is able to reveal things to me. When He first revealed to me about a year ago that I would be reaching 100 teens for Christ, I thought it would be through our youth group at church.
The Holy Spirit does not always give us the full vision He has for us all at one time in these times like He did during Old Testement times.
For example: when he told Noah to build an ark, giving him detailed blueprint on how to build it, because it was going to rain. Although before the flood it had never rained on the Earth and Noah had not even heard about a boat, he faithfully and without question followed God's instructions right down to the cubic. If God had told us the same thing today under Noah's experiences, we might have responded, "Yeah! Right!"
Recently, the Holy Spirit has revealed to me that I would reach the 100 teens for Christ at school where I teach instead of throught our youth group at church. Sometime next school year He will open up an opportunity for me to be the faculty advisor for a new Christian student organiztion at school.
If the Holy Spirit had showed me those details a year ago, I would have responed, "Yeah! Right!" I had wondered why He sometimes give us only pieces of the vision over time. Now I know.

Another Goal
Another one of my goals is to live on 10% of my income and give 90% of it back to God. What ever I earn above my monthly living expenses I promise to give back to God.

My First priority Goals
It is my goal to be both Prescription Free and Debt free. It is my belief that this is God's will for all his children.
Jesus said that as Christians "men would give into our bossom". One of the ways that God can do this is through operating a business. The Book of Proverbs is also filled with verses concerning fair bibical base business practices. It is my belief that every Christian should have his own business weither it is a large major corporation or a small part-time home-based business. This is one way He can help us become debt free thus enabling us to give more to His kingdom.

Praise for Jehovah Jirah
I had been very sick two weeks ago. Between the efforts of my doctor and the supernatural healing powers of God, my doctor said that I was back to my normal healthy self during my follow up visit today. She was amazed at the rapid recovery I had made. She commented that maybe she needs to have a raise. I told her that we should give God most of the credit for healing me and for giving her the knowledge on how to treat me.
I have had a history of congestive heart failure, obstructive sleep apnea, and asthma. God healed me of those over 6 years ago throught the laying on of hands at church. I have not had any symtoms of any of these since then. A couple of years ago I was diagnoised as a type II diabetic. I have had it under control through diet exercise and pills. I know that sometime in the near future that God is going to do a complete healing of both me and my wife to the point that both of us are presciption drug free.
