I am a young christian who turned my life over to christ a few years ago and was an adult when God intervened and got my attention. My pastor was preaching about the woman in the bible who knew and had faith that touching the robe of Christ would help her. The disciples appeared to be embarressed that the woman who may have had a bad reputation or illness actually reached out to Christ and touched him. The disciples did not want to tell Christ who this woman was. Christ knew that she touched his robe and she was saved through her faith. I felt like that woman and was moved at the sermon. It is total grace and mercy that I am here and am saved as well. I have no reputation because of a pain killer addiction. I have nowhere to go but up. I struggle but I now know I have this illness for a reason. I am searching for answers and know the true answers are in the Holy Bible. I can be used by God if I read Gods word and pray. If anyone reads this please pray for me. Unfortunately, I have been in churchs where I have been treated differently and left out of fellowship circles because of my particular sin. It almost hurt so bad being treated like I had the plague that I did not want to go to church. I am a very open person and can tell when people do not want me around. I have a gift for compassion and cannot judge anyone.
