Nick Bouton is an award-winning user experience (UX) developer and online community architect based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. He has over 14 years of experience in web application design and development, ranging from consulting to product work.
Nick is Principal at Taunt Media Inc. (@tauntmedia), and is the creator of @Protagonize, an online creative writing community home to over 18,000 authors. Nick is passionate about crafting and growing online communities, and helping to educate those who develop and manage them.
In 2011, Nick also founded the Vancouver, BC based community management group @VancouverCX. He's also an active member of several other professional associations in the area, and is available for speaking engagements and on-site consultations.
