Hi Marsha, thanks for your comments.....Yes, Marsha we need to protect our young people...I believe time in winding down, and Jesus will soon appear to take us home. People are getting more wicked every day, just like in the days of Noah....Hope something happens to the Davinci code book and movie, hope it all will be destroyed somehow....The devil is really at work, because he knows he don't have much time left.....and he know where he is going.......May God bless you and keep up the good work....Love you, with God's Love....

Yes, I have heard of the book. It is fiction, but claims to be based on truths. Unfortunately, the truths are interspersed with total fabrication given with the same air of authority. This is from one who seems to serve the "prince of the air!"
I cannot stand in judgement on the man, and rely upon what I get from others to even judge the work, so take my point of view with that in mind...

I have read the book, it is a work of fiction, not even original. As you so rightly point out because of open young minds it has some almost factual points. The devil always juxtapositions himself with halftruths & almost lies. They sound convincing if said with enough conviction.
We as believers must pray against all these remember the battle has been won so put on the full armour of God & you WILL be heard at the throne of grace. Christ himself & Paul warned us specifically about all these false teachers who come in the name of the evil one.
Peter & John in their Epistles remind us to be on the look out for the roaring lion which devours.
Brown, the author tells the world that he is a Christian, but I think that is only to sell & make it more convincing. A believer would never, never, belittle Christ in any way at all.
Continue to pray against the evils spread abroad by this book, but God knows all this he will know how it will all turn out. His Grace & love will win in the end.

I am amazed at the publicity and support of the mainstream at products like the DiVinci Code and now the Book of Judas... as authentic and casting new lights on what traditional Christian thought is as if these are gospel themselves... When Gibson's portrayal of the crucifixion was being released... there was all kind of controversy about that... because if portrayed Christ... just a shame it did not do more with the resurrection but that is another topic....
To me one of the best indicators of a works authenticity seems to be as follows... if the media rallies behind it and promotes it... it aint worth the paper it is written on as far as any spiritual significance is concerned... it they hate it and criticize it and oppose it... I may at least check it out!
AKA Brokeback Mountain!!!!
