    Hi Jon,
I know you will miss your youth group.
    Everything is in God's timing,
So this must be the time to start with
the adult class. You will enjoy teaching them.
As they will learn from you and you will learn from them, we all learn something new everyday.
I hope they will have a teachable spirit, than they will be eager to listen when you teach God's word.
    God bless you and yours...
    With God Love,
    Lois

    Hi Jon,
I guess God is telling you that it is time to move on.
He has other plans for you now.
Embrace the change and follow His lead.
    Proverbs 3:5-6
    God bless you! ML

A soldier, about to be knighted, traditionally kneels before their sovereign. You used the words surrender and kneel, and this is the image I get. We want to stand and fight all the time, and that is a noble sentiment, but the truth is, we need to bow our will to our alligence and we cannot be honored if we do not first humble ourselves and kneel down.

The mightiest knight is nothing on his own. If not supported by his fellows at arms, he will quickly fall and perish by the sword. IF not guided by one authority, the greatest army is reduced to a rampaging mob.

Just thoughts. I thought I'd share.

    Go In Peace,

    Mel

I often find that before I can move onto the next piece of my puzzle, I have to deal with, get over and be content with what I had just gone through. Sometimes part of the growing is learning to deal with the emotions and scars left from the last lesson and only once we overcome it all are we ready for the next round. What makes you the winner is when you resist satan, his thoughts, negativety and all that follows and walk in the opposite spirit (ie the way God wants you to walk). When you do that, after the rest, you can stand up and knock him out. Fight over. Then you wait fior the next match. The period between matches is where the Lord takes you to still waters and restores your soul.

Though every season, God works with your character - shaping in moulding you to be more in Christs image - oh and by the way - it hurts!!!!!!! ALOT !!!!! but I'm sure you know that.

Keep doing what you know is right even if you don't feel like it.

Be strong in the Lord's strength.

    God bless
