Hi Shirley,
First let me say 'welcome' to you!
I loved your post today.
I am in the midst of some trials and I love the Book of James.
it is hard to consider them joy but we really have to in order to grow in our Christian walk.
Also, I read your profile and I too came out of a Catholic Church.. what difference now to be a Christian re-born in God's love and relationship.

Hello Mary Lou,
Thank you for stopping by...I do tend to meet Christians who have left the Catholic church every now & then...I tend to think I am the only one in a trial these days...but that simply is not true...we are all facing something in life. It is interesting to me that James was the first written work to the early church...that little book is just packed with meat.
