 | The sinner can't tolerate being reminded of his sinful character. It is sad.
I see it as my mission to gather Norway again in the name of The Son. Unfortunately the term "personal Christian" has entered our language, giving us a notion of Christianity as something personal, psychological, of no interest to the public. The understanding we are gathered in the name of Christ no longer exist. The understanding we are constituted as a nation in the name of Love no longer exist. But I believe it is possible in a small people like the Norwegian to re-establish the notion and the feeling. We are only 4-5 million people. And our fathers were Christian. It is a sad thing the sinner is provoked by the Christian. They feel we are evil since we are happy ... It is a strange world.
I pray for you: May you find comfort in something true and wonderful in your neighbourhood testifying there is hope!

I read the comment and the post Mel refers to and I cannot believe my eyes. People become evil in the effort of preventing being reminded of their sins. And adultery is sin. Adultery is the main problem within Christian nations, and the sad development of today will not turn before Christians admit sex outside marriage is *unconstitutional* - to her, and also to him.
But as I stated above we also need to acknowledge Christ, acknowledge The Son of Man, as the meaning of life. We have to treat Jesus as the idea he is - differently so to the man and to the woman. Also in this Christians must turn first.

(My first statement above, Mel, is aimed at being *fresh*. The second statement is aimed at being *free*. The first statement has with The law to do. The second statement has to do with The Son. According to Martin Luther and the reformers we cannot be really *free* without being *fresh*.
Jesus was himself not completely clear on the subject. But he said those living by The Law and teaching The Law were greater.)
