Does it need to be told though that Joshua was a man of faith I think it is understood that Joshua was leading the whole Jerico debacle. I mean after all God didn't find even Moses worthy to lead the Isrealites into the promised land and he was probably more in touch with God than anyone since, aside from Jesus of course. I don't believe the Bible ever tells us Jesus was a man of faith either. unless you count God saying this is my son I'm proud of him and listen to him. sometimes faith is painted with a broad enough brush that we don't have to talk about it and maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about. Stuart you inspire me and make me think.

Ross, to make you thing is the whole point, to get Lee to agree, is that WE might all learn more about our mighty God. He who is Sovereign, can do what we might think as completely upside down, but we do not know what the big picture really is!! Or do we?
To know that, would really be Awesome
