Hi Shirley, Praise Jesus, for the good news, and for retaining your vision. A friend of mine got me to start juicing vegetables ie carrots, celery, tomatoes, a little ginger, to my surprise my vision improved. I juice weekly, putting the rest up in half cup portions in the freezer, drinking one fourth to one half daily as needed, it may be of some value to you, dear sister. At any rate I amgrateful for what the Lord has done for you.
