Hi Lois I agree with Shirley, you do have a wonderful gift of sharing the truth of God's Word. Indeed, dear sister our lives ought to reflect to the world in word and deed the life of Christ In us that we say we have, other wise we misrepresent Him. So true we should not seek to live "pious" or lives in spiritual incubators-but get out there among people where the need is, just as Jesus did to show the way to salvation, as He walked among men.

Hi Lois,
I truly enjoyed reading today's post and I needed to see a few things in it.
"God has placed us where we live and work, not to be “pious” or to live in incubators, but to reflect who Christ is as we walk among other people."
Tonight I have to go to a party (over 100 people invited) and I want to do as it says in your post... reflect who Christ is as I walk among others.
Even though these are not my kind of friends, I want to be an ambassador for Christ without being "pious" and "uppity".
I want to be Christ-like and virtuous without being unapproachable.
A fine line for sure... but with God's help, I can do all things.
"For nothing is impossible with God."
