Sister, you have nothing on me in the way of drivel and being purely verbose. For me, the exotic extra stuff is what makes each story unique. I also find that sometimes the very small detail I find so unimportant is the very thing that someone else can latch onto, and gives the experience shared a point of reference for them.

The point is this: Being short and to the point has its place, and if it is on your heart to always be on point, then by all means do so. If you feel constrained by what others say about the drivel, examine it, but don't let their opinion carry the most weight. I think Jesus was more to the point than I am, so maybe I should be shorter. And yet, there are those like me that might not be as easily reached that way.

It is worthy of thought and prayer, but not something deserving of judgement, even upon yourself. If you are trying to reach a specific person, become as Paul, all things to all people, so that you may reach them.

    In Love,

    Mel

Jesus put so much into his parables, he in the reply to "Who is my neighbour?" Told the story of the good Samaritan. Sometimes its the little things which shout & link the main events.
We all have something to say, Especially if it is 'Why I Love Jesus'.

Rosetta, my favorite saying is, "Don't be fooled in the simplicity in words, there's POWER in simplicity". I have to remember that myself sometimes. GOD BLESS YOU!
