A worker deserves his wages. I won't get into the whole laying it down in the whole 'tithing' speach I am sure all here have heard. Besides which, I have little room to point. However, I will say it is worthy to make an effort to ensure by whatever small means your are willing in faith to do it, to provide for their financial well being as it is laid in front of you as a real need.
This is best done by the simple offering. I'd suggest cash, because the left hand should not know what the right hand is doing in this. The person who gives a nickle in secret is better than the one writing a large check and being recognized for it. Store your blessings in heaven, not here.
