I believe that keeping your heart happy is "Good Medicine"!..I know in my heart, that my husbands recovery of his massive heart attack June 12, 2007..Is because he keeps "good" thoughts..Jesus the "Great Physician" is the main reason why my husband did not die that day..Do you know the warning signs of a heart attack? Alot of people don't..

This is true Marsha. A lot of people don't know the warninig signs. That is why I had my heart attack in 1996. Everyone should learn about the warning signs, AND HEED THEM.

Hi Bro Larry, Amen!..Everyone should learn about the warning signs of a "heart attack".
.. I am going to list a few.
1)Chest discomfort, center of the chest mild to severe pain!
2) Shortness of breath with or without chest pain (discomfort)!
3) Vomiting!..
4) Lightheadedness!
5) Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, back, neck, jaw.
These symptons are the same for men and women!
Some wait too long before getting help when having the warning signs!
If you have any of these warning signs Seek help immediately!!!!!!!!..

Ooops!..I dropped my keyboard when posting previous comment..I pray for everyone to learn the warning signs of a "heart attack"..
My husband almost died from a "massive heart attack"..
